Hello everyone. Well as of now I will be back on the radio every Friday at noon on www.rock100diz.com. It is an internet radio station but the more people that listen the easier it will be for us to take the show nationwide, so please check us out this week!!! I will putting a ROCK100DIZ widget on the website homepage and there you can click and go directly to the website and click on the show at noon. They also hold onto the shows for a few days so if you miss it just go there the next day to listen. AND you can go to YouTube to check out that segment once the show has aired. Pretty cool. I will check back to let you all know the topic of the week. Been A Busy Lady

Well I am sorry that I have not written in my blog lately but I have been very, very busy. I am now co-hosting an internet radio show every Friday and last week was my first so that was fun and scary at the same time. Second, I have just completed Hypnotherapy school and am now a certified hypnotist, WOW. Even feels funny to write and read it LOL. So now I have been actively seeking clients in the Orlando area to practice on and hone my skills so that eventually I can actually charge money for this. What a concept right??? So that is me in a nutshell. Hope you are all having a wonderful summer out there and if you need to start up Life Coaching or Dream Interpretation, please keep me in mind. I did an interpretation on the radio show and it turned out well.

Well I have not been getting the response I expected for my new website soooooo, I am taking measures!! I need your help to get me out there. I want to be in touch with more people so I can help more people. After this weekend I will be certified in Hypnotherapy and loving it!!! Very excited and want to use it right away. Spring is a time of renewal and beauty blooming all around you! If you have been down in the dumps during Winter for whatever reasons now is the time to begin a new way of thinking. Turn yourself from depressed to inspired by doing something really nice for yourself. What fun things make you happy and change your mood?? I like to go get a massage or get my nails done. Play with my dogs or go for a long walk. Anything that takes your mind off your worries for more than 5 minutes qualifies as something uplifting. Don’t make any excuses just go and do it. Where there’s a will there’s a way to accomplish anything you really need to. Get a coupon or do something that does not cost much like walking through a park or window shopping at the mall. I have a carriage for my dogs that I put them in and walk them around the neighborhood with. They are thrilled over it but after a few minutes they get distracted by all the things that are happening around them and are well into the walk with me. I love it and I don’t have to stop every five minutes for them to sniff around. It works for me and them. I get some exercise and they get fresh air.

So use this month as a time to put a new perspective on your life and you will find it much easier to start planning some life goals and watching them come to pass. It does not really take much to do this and you will be happier for it. Everyone needs the time to do something good for themselves. If you need permission I give it to you freely and willingly. Go for it!!!

Don’t Let Negative People Steal Your Energy

I know it’s been a while since my last post. With tax time and all things have been a bit hectic around my house. So having said that, I would like to talk about “Negative People” this time around. I have found over the years that surrounding yourself with positive people brings energy to you and just the opposite happens when you have too many negative personalities in your life. They are draining to all of your senses, right? They can make you nervous, angry, depressed. All sorts of emotions well up inside you when you have so much negative energy hovering around your aura. My advice, “Tell them bye bye bye” No pun intended, LOL. Just get them as far away from you as you can. Now I understand if some of them are relatives or living with you, that becomes more difficult. But you can still maintain your own sanity by putting the positive people before the negative ones in your life as a rule. Just try to let the happy ones in and keep the angry ones out. You will find by practicing this simple step on a daily basis that you will have many more smiles on your face and be able to attract happiness and harmony more and more.
